Technical specifications

CMC Tecnologia develops different types of scrapers for cleaning conveyor belts. The scraper blades are produced in Hardtec Ceramic or Tungsten Carbide which are fixed to the metal part, providing high efficiency and low wear with greater durability. The scraper has shock absorbers to absorb impacts, preventing damage to the belt.

 

The scraper assembly can be adjusted at various angles, increasing its contact with the belt. Blades (ceramic and metal) can be changed quickly without requiring special tools.
